word of advice...Paying for publication has its risks. Some prestige and
popularity may come your way but it is important to recognize that you
may regain only a small part of your publishing fee. Since books by new
or unknown authors present difficult publicity and sales problems, you
should be realistic about our subsidy publishing plan. Hence, if your
funds are needed for basic living expenses, this program may not be for
you.
If, however, you may wish to pay for the publication of your work, then
by all means consider our program seriously, and send us your
